Being a single mom to 3 kids I was scared I wasn't going to get a home loan. I was scared to call and talk to Todd at first thinking I would get turned down. Todd was very helpful through out this whole process. From the preapproval to the final closing. Any questions or worries I had he always had an answer for me and always assured me everything was going to work out great. Being a first time buyer he helped me so much.
